With this website I hope to take some of the viewers with interests in Steam Engines, Steam Tourist Railroads and Steam Technology to a few new parts of the world.
I have a great interest in trying to understand how all the forms of steam engine technolgies were designed, constructed, used and repaired.
I wish I was in the cab of narrow gauge steam engine fighting up a narrow canyon, but have to settle for trying to preserve what is left for the future. But this does not stop the engineer in me from trying to understand how steam technology could have been made better. I hope you will enjoy my look into the details, sometimes I take "pretty pictures" too.
